1. In your Shopify Website, navigate to ''Private Apps''
2. At the bottom of the page, click on the link ''Manage private apps'' link to navigate to the private app creation module.
3. Create a private app
3.1 In the top right section of the private apps page, press the "Create a new private app" button.
3.2 In the app details section, locate the private app name input and enter ''Spaceful'' as the app name, and the emergency developer email as email@example.com.
4. Set private app permissions
4.1 In the "Admin API" section expand the section by clicking "Show inactive Admin API permissions"
4.2 Find the section Products, in the permission dropdown select read and write access.
4.3 Find the section Orders, in the permission dropdown select read and write access.
4.4 Once both those permissions set, click the save button at the bottom of the page.
5. Input credentials on Spaceful
5.1 After creating the private app, select it from the app list in the private apps page.
5.2 Go down to the Admin API section, copy the API key and password.
5.3 In your Spaceful Fulfillment Platform, under ''Orders'', press the ''Sync Ecommerce Platforms'' button in the Sync Section. Paste the API Key and Password in the appropriate section.
6. Two-way sync (Shopify -> Spaceful -> Shopify)
6.1 In the "Admin API" section expand the section by clicking "Show inactive Admin API permissions"
6.2 Find the section Inventory, in the permission dropdown select read and write access.
6.3 Navigate to your product's pages, scroll down to the Inventory, select inventory managed by Spaceful and save.
6.4 Inventory and Fulfillment have to be in read/write permission.
Once all the credentials are set, press the sync button and your orders and products will automatically import! You can press the sync button again if you want to resync your Shopify content. (Our system will automatically sync your content in 30-minute intervals, and will mark your orders as fulfilled once they have been delivered to your clients.)
